Structural Integration

1 hour session, $120

In a 10-session series, the body’s connective tissue is organized and balanced by manipulation and movement education. Each session is systematic in it's approach to the re-patterning of stress and impaired functioning of the whole body. When the body is balanced in the field of gravity, a higher level of vitality and overall personal functioning is achieved. 

How does Structural Integration work?

Within each session, the myofascial system is lengthened and opened where there is restriction. As a result, each segment is allowed space to function with more flexibility and ease. The thickening of compensated tissue (also known as trigger points) becomes soft and rehydrated.

Who gets Structurally Integrated?

Runners, golfers, hikers, bikers, construction workers, computer people, office workers, retired people, children, pregnant women. Anyone with aches and pains. People slowed down by injuries or chronic pains. Parents who carry children. People after car crashes, accidents or surgeries. People wanting change or simply to feel better!

Massage Therapy

1 hour session: $100

All massage sessions are catered to individual clients. Techniques most often used within each treatment are deep tissue, Swedish and traditional Russian sports massage. Hot stone massage sessions are also available. The goal of each massage is to get the most benefits within the time allotted.

Benefits of Massage Therapy

There are numerous benefits to massage therapy. Some of the main highlights are stress release, improving circulation, detoxifying, reducing pain from athletic endeavors, weekend warrior moments and chronic issues. Massage therapy is also very helpful in easing the discomforts associated with pregnancy in all 3 trimesters.
